We collect information you give us, and some information that is created when you use the website or the app:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number
- Listing information: property details, photos, location, pricing
- Booking information: dates, guest count, contact details, messages
- Mobile app information (landlords): a notification token for your phone, the phone's platform (iOS or Android) and the app language
- Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected on the website through Google Analytics
- Technical information: IP address and browser details in server logs and error reports
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our platform services
- Process and manage bookings
- Send booking confirmations and notifications
- Verify property listings
- Communicate important updates about your account
- Send push notifications to the landlord app about booking requests, bookings, cancellations, reminders and guest messages
- Understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- Keep the platform secure and fix errors
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only as necessary:
- Between users: Guest contact details are shared with landlords upon booking, and vice versa
- Service providers that run parts of the platform for us: hosting (servers in the European Union), email delivery, push notifications (Expo, which delivers them through Apple and Google), website analytics (Google Analytics), error monitoring, protection of the sign-up form against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), and booking alerts to our team via Telegram
- Calendar sync: if a landlord connects Airbnb, Booking.com or another calendar, booking dates are exchanged through the iCal links the landlord adds
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections, secure password storage, and access controls. The mobile app keeps your sign-in in your phone's secure storage.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works without the analytics cookies.
6. The Mobile App
The SrbijaNaDan app is for landlords. It uses:
- Notifications, to tell you about new requests, bookings, cancellations and guest messages. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
- Your photo library, only when you add photos of an apartment. Only the photos you choose are uploaded.
The app has no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics. When you sign out, the phone's notification token is deleted from our servers.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to processing of your data
- Turn off push notifications or block analytics cookies
- Complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs)

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Booking records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. You can request account deletion at any time. Notification tokens are deleted when you sign out of the app, or when Apple or Google report that the app was removed from the phone.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
