To list a property or manage bookings, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Property Listings

Landlords are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their properties. All listings are subject to verification and approval by our team. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or contain misleading information.

5. Bookings and Payments

When a guest submits a booking request, the landlord may accept or decline it. Once confirmed, both parties are expected to honor the booking. Cancellation policies and payment terms are established per booking.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
Circumvent the platform to arrange bookings directly

7. Limitation of Liability

Novi Sad Na Dan acts as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to agreements between landlords and guests, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed properties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
